As from the moment that marijuana was made legal,
many companies and individuals have been looking to set up a legal marijuana
business. So, marijuana dispensary permits can be gotten by submitting
applications for a marijuana dispensary business. However, in the legal state,
it is possible to start at least fifty dispensaries. This simply means that out
of a lot of people who made applications, at least fifty people will be chosen
to start a dispensary business.
Furthermore, an
applicant can submit applications for five permits too. When marijuana dispensary permits are granted, the applicant who has been issued the permit
will be eligible to start up to three dispensaries. So also, the fees to be
paid for the dispensary vary from one state to another. Fees will be collected
for each location of which the business will be established. In addition, the
applicant must be able to show that there are enough funds in the bank account.
Some documents will also need to be submitted along with the application. These
documents will comprise of the description of responsibilities which will be in
form of an organizational chart, security plan, criminal history checks, and
facility locations in the form of real estate plans, operational plan, and any
other relevant documents that may be needed according to the state law.
